Dispatch times

I aim to dispatch each order within 5 to 7 working days after receiving full, cleared payment. I will send out a dispatch confirmation to the email address provided.

Shipping service

Your order will be sent out using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and a tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Postage Cost

This will depend on the product ordered, total weight and whether all products can fit into one box.

I will try and combine postage where possible. If you are ordering multiple number of lampshades I am unable to combine these as they are packed in individual boxes. Any overage on postage and packaging costs will be refunded.
